About Sound Healing

We're thrilled to invite you to a unique journey of relaxation and healing, designed for all our people seeking peace and restoration. Dive into the profound world of sound healing with crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes, a scientifically-backed methodology that promotes mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Why Sound Healing?

Recent studies have highlighted the therapeutic effects of sound vibrations on the human body, making sound healing a respected and sought-after practice. The soothing frequencies produced by crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes have been shown to:

  1. Reduce Stress and Anxiety: Sound healing techniques help in lowering stress levels, providing a sanctuary for the mind to relax and rejuvenate. This is particularly beneficial for anyone coping with any type of stress, as the vibrations can facilitate a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity.

  2. Enhance Physical Healing: The vibrations from the bowls are not just heard but also felt, encouraging the body to align with a healthier rhythm. This can lead to improved circulation, reduced muscle tension, and enhanced recovery processes, making it an excellent complementary practice for physical rehabilitation.

  3. Promote Emotional Balance: By facilitating a meditative state, sound healing allows individuals to explore and release emotional blockages, fostering a sense of inner peace and emotional resilience.

Healing After Trauma

Singha Thekchen Namdrol Rinpoche

Rinpoche is the Spiritual Director of Thekchen Choling (Singapore), a temple he founded in 2001 under his Guru’s instructions. Despite being a highly accomplished Dharma practitioner who is well-versed in the three vehicles of Buddhism, Theravada, Mahayana and Vajrayana, Rinpoche retains his humble and unassuming air. Described by many as down-to-earth, sincere and jovial, his ability to connect with people from all walks of life has contributed to the large growth in the number of students and disciples.
